Payment Method
MailerLite offers three types of plans: Free, Growing business, and Advanced. The free plan covers the first 1,000 active subscribers and allows sending up to 12,000 emails every 30 days. The paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual basis. Each plan includes a specific range of recipients and amount of emails sent allowed.
For monthly plans, payment can be made with a credit or debit card. It will automatically renew on the same day each month. For annual plans, a 10% discount is automatically applied. Annual plans also automatically renew until the subscription is cancelled and can be purchased with a debit or credit card.
For the first payment only, some customers will be required to complete a 3D secure authentication, which is an online protocol that helps to prevent fraud in online debit and credit card payments.
To manage payment methods, go to Account settings, click Plan and Billing, and switch to the Payment methods tab. If more than one payment method is added, the option to switch the default payment method as well as remove a card is available.
In addition to credit and debit cards, MailerLite also integrates with Stripe and PayPal for accepting payments. Stripe is a secure, third-party payment software that enables acceptance of most payment types including major credit cards and digital wallets like Google and Apple Pay. PayPal is an online payment system that facilitates online money transfers in a variety of currencies and nations throughout the world.
Remember, all prices don't include VAT or other taxes of any kind (where applicable). A 30% discount can be applied for non-profit organizations providing proof of status sent via the contact us page.

MailerLite Return Policy?
MailerLite provides a refund only if services are terminated without cause before the end of a year for which payment has been made. No other circumstances warrant a refund. This includes situations where an account is suspended due to violation of the Anti-Spam Policy or Terms of Use.
Refunds are not provided for monthly/yearly plans (including upgrades) if newsletters are sent without permission from subscribers, or contain prohibited content as per section 9 of the Terms of Use. Unused or partially used plans (monthly or yearly) are not eligible for refunds, even if the services were not used, the plan was forgotten to be cancelled, or if it was cancelled immediately after the credit card was charged for the new billing period.
Purchasing a wrong monthly/yearly plan (even by mistake), or deciding to cancel the subscription after the purchase due to functionality, does not qualify for a refund. All customers are treated equally, and no exceptions are made to this policy.
At their sole discretion, MailerLite may offer refunds in other situations in accordance with the requirements posted on the website or in the mobile app, which may be changed from time to time. In any case, the refund can only be made within 30 days from the last transaction date.
If the services are used not for trade, business, craft or profession purposes, a refund can be requested within 14 calendar days from the day of agreeing with MailerLite’s terms. If MailerLite’s terms are breached and the account is suspended or terminated, the refund option is not applicable. For more information, please read the Terms of Use and the Anti-Spam Policy.
